 My real estate fee is negotiable. My Fees starts from$3550 plus buyer's agent fees to 5.75% on 1st$100000 & 2.5% on the balance amount including buyer's agent fees. You  can unbundle my services if you would like to handle some selling parts by yourself. It will be your choice what services you want.

 

You will not pay any fees until your house is Sold.

Free Comparative Analysis of Your Property: In my marketing packages I offer Free Property Evaliation of your property.Before I list your property I shall advise you regarding the listing price and sold price.I shall pull out the sold and active listings in your subarea to cmpare. 

 

Professional High Resolution Pictures of Your Property: Pictures speak thousand of words. I shall call professional photographer who will take high Resolution pictures of your property.

 

Color Feature Sheets: I shall provide color feature sheets for your property to place inside the house for the buyers who will come to view your property.You will notify me when depleted.

 

New Signs:I shall order a new sign for your property and professional install. If it is starta property an dif strata corp does not allow then I can can not install. I have to respect thier bylaw.

 

Advertising: I shall advertise in Real Estate weekly news paper,My personal website www.ramdhunna.com, www.realtorlink.ca, www.suttonwestcoast.com. I shall advertise on my social media Facebook and you tube.

 

Info Box on the Yard sign Posts: I shall order a info box for general public to pull a flier out of the box. It will be installed on the wood post in yur yard.

 

Virtual Tours: I shall call a professional photographer to take panoramaic pictures of your property.

 

LockBox: I shall also install a lock box for your property for other realtors to show your property if you are not available to show,or if the house is vacant. It is secure, I can verify who opened the house.Only realtors can open this lock box with the card provided by our Board unless I create a code for some one to open. 

 

All the above features are offered if you choose the Package of 5.75% on 1st$100000 & 2.5% on the balance amount.
